About this service
The program offers a multidisciplinary approach in the management of diabetes. The goal is to provide patient awareness through education and improve quality of life. We assist individuals in recognizing changes in their condition and maintaining control of their health through small group/class sessions and community partnerships.
Due to CoVID our Diabetes Management Program is now an online course with a virtual Q&A. Please contact us for information on how to enroll.
