About this organization
Pro Bono Dental (PBD) is a new program in Ottawa which is aimed to assist low-income earners who require a pro bono dentist and have no financial means or no dental insurance. Our goal is to provide dental services to as many low-income individuals as possible at no cost to them.
PBD is a non-profit organization and does not receive any government funding. To achieve our goal, donations including private, public and corporate sponsorship are needed. Additionally, volunteer dentists will be needed to provide these services free of charge. Through donations and other forms of funding, volunteer dentists may have their basic expenses covered.
The collaboration of partners, volunteer dentists and Canadians who donate are essential to ensure the success of the PBD program.
