All of our programs currently take place online via Zoom
Family Harmonies Familiales brings together people from all walks of life many of whom live with disabilities and mental health challenges to create a community of love and support. Tailored programming combines skill-building exercises and fun into meaningful daytime activities in a comfortable and positive atmosphere. Each members contributions are valued, mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, and everyone is encouraged to learn from each other.
