About this organization
I have worked in the mental health field for almost 20 years. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds across the lifespan. I have worked in both community and hospital-based settings and what I have enjoyed most throughout my career is working one-to-one with individuals. Many individuals I work with are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and difficulty coping.
