About this service
Access to proper nutrition is the cornerstone of good health. The Helping Hands Meals on Wheels program offers hot and frozen meal delivery for nutritional support to seniors and adults with physical disabilities. Hot, nutritionally balanced meals are delivered late afternoon Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to our clients homes. To compliment the hot meal program, the frozen meal program is available by pre-ordering one week in advance, either for pick up from our office or direct delivery. Both the hot and the frozen meal programs offer a variety of regular diet entres and special diet entres, as requested.

Aged 65 or greater, or adults over 18 years of age with physical disabilities
