About this service
In addition to our onsite location, Family Transition Place has two satellite office locations, one in Shelburne at the Mel Lloyd Centre (Entrance A) and one location in Bolton at 18 King Street, unit D6, to better provide service to clients in those areas. For clients who have transportation issues and cant get to any of the office locations, we do have a limited amount of financial resources to help transport clients to their appointments. Free child care is available but limited to certain days/times during the week. Please inform the receptionist when booking appointments to ensure childcare is available.
