About this service
Support House takes a values-driven approach to provide our community with:
Person-directed supports that put people first.
Connection and engagement through conversation so we can be reflexive and responsive.
A culture that inspires health and wellness.
These values drive everything we do:
Support Coordination: We provide a menu of supports that assist in coordinating mental health, substance use and/or addiction supports across a continuum of needs.
Housing: We provide a variety of housing choices through our owned residences, townhomes and private landlords.
Peer Support: The Centre for Innovation in Peer Support provides community and system capacity through offering accessible peer services and enhancing peer service capacity through training and mentorship for peers.
We facilitate, coordinate and meet complex support needs with agency and system partners.
