About this service
Need help with schoolwork?
Through the use of volunteers, Safetynet provides free tutoring to children and youth experiencing difficulties with their schoolwork.
Safetynet believes that assisting children and youth with their educational needs is key to breaking the cycle of poverty.
Tutoring takes place at our Oakville location (or online if preferred) and is provided one-to-one with each student. After an education assessment is completed, a plan will be enacted that will include a strategy as to how to best assist the child/youth with their educational needs.
