About this service
In addition to providing programming and safe space for youth, the Arctic Rose Foundation provides job opportunities, leadership development and training for high school students and local artists.
Each community where the Arctic Rose Foundation provides programming hires and trains two Community Artist Liaison and Mentor (CALM) Workers and one CALM Mentee. Hiring local students and artists not only creates job opportunities, it provides positive role models for other youth.
