About this service
The North Dumfries Community Health Centre was established in 2003 in Ayr as a satellite centre of Langs. Community residents recognized the need to enhance accessible health care services in North Dumfries Township. With Langs leadership, a community needs assessment was done and a foundation for the CHC established. In 2011, The North Dumfries Community Health Centre Satellite co-located with the Township of North Dumfries in Ayr creating a multipurpose community complex featuring a walking track, banquet hall, ice surface, program rooms and more. A variety of programs, services and partners operate out of the HUB@2958.
