Crisis Resource Counsellors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to listen and offer support, information and direction. Calls are assessed to determine what you need and how we can best help you, including referring to other programs the shelter offers and/or community agencies, or admission to the shelter. You may not be ready to make the step to leave your abusive relationship and thats okay. Calling the shelter is one step towards moving into a life free from abuse.
