About this service
The Pet Valu Animal Rescue Express is an initiative of the North Bay and District Humane Society to safely transport animals from remote communities to help secure forever homes. Made possible through the generous support of Pet Valu, the Animal Rescue Express has transformed the North Bay Humane Societys ability to reach and help animals in need. With a qualified team of dedicated animal welfare professionals at the wheel, the Animal Rescue Express is outfitted with heating, air conditioning and comfortable modern cages and is capable of carrying up to 45 medium-to-large dogs and up to 75 cats.
