About this service
Resource Consultants are a team of professional Registered Early Childhood Educators that are dedicated to promoting inclusive quality supports in the programs. The goal to support each child is done through coaching, mentoring and modelling alongside the Educators.
Resource Consultants focus on the overall growth and development of the child with respect to his/her physical, social, emotional, communication and cognitive needs and provide case management services.
When the children reach the age of school entry, the Resource Consultants provide support to parents or guardians to ensure a smooth transition from early years programs to Early Learning Kindergarten.
Resource Consultants also offer Professional Learning and Training to build the capacity of Educators that work with the children and families.
