About this service
If at any time you are worried for your well-being or physical safety or the safety of your children you may be able to stay at one of our emergency shelters in Niagara Falls (Nova House). Contact our crisis line at any time and a counsellor will be able to discuss a stay in one of our shelters.
Shelter services are available free of charge to women with or without children who are 16 years or older. During your stay with us, you can work with our counsellors to deal with the emotional, psychological and practical impacts of abuse. Here, you will feel safe and empowered to figure out what to do next for you and your family.
