Individual
- At Niagara Life Centre, counsellors can help with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, addictions, trauma, stress, eating disorders, and relational issues.
Family
- Family counselling brings various members of the family together with a counsellor in a confidential session, helping each member understand the problem and how he or she can best contribute to the solution.
Pregnancy
- We seek to educate the client on the consequences of the three options: abortion, adoption and parenting. We provide a non-judgmental environment and ongoing support no matter what decision the client chooses to make.
After Suicide: Postvention Support
- A postvention is an intervention conducted after a suicide, largely taking the form of support for the bereaved family and friends of the suicide victim.
