About this service
COVID-19 Update: Temporarily Closed. Providing services remotely. Office Hours: Mon - Thurs 9:00am - 2:30pm
Epilepsy Ambassadors promote awareness of epilepsy in their communities by participating in fundraising initiatives, hosting epilepsy awareness events, and/or distributing information about epilepsy in their schools, workplaces and community organizations.
Being an ambassador offers the opportunity for personal growth, empowerment, confidence building, goal creation and attainment, social interaction, speech writing, public speaking and more.
Epilepsy Niagara gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the Niagara Community Foundation, which is a public foundation serving the people of Niagara. The Foundation builds permanently endowed charitable funds for the changing need and opportunities of the community and provides grants to eligible charitable organizations in the health, education, environment, recreation and social services sectors.
