About this service
Our Aquatic Centre features the Citys first 25 metre, 6 lane competitive indoor pool; a beach entry for accessible access, and water wheelchairs leading to a shallow teaching area. It features a non-slip smooth textured floor consisting of soft closed-cell foam mattresses which makes movement in the water more comfortable and safe.
The pool is supported by three change rooms, Male, Female, and Family outfitted with washrooms, family change cubicles, lockers, changing areas, and showers. An additional fourth accessible change room is available for those with varying abilities. For maximum privacy of vulnerable participants, viewing can be restricted to a lockable area which can be opened at appropriate times.
