About this service
A battle with life-threatening illness is a very difficult time for patients and their families, not only financially, but also physically and emotionally. The journey for our pediatric patients can be particularly hard, with upheaval from school life and isolation from friends. Shine Through The Rain Foundation introduced Rainy Day Gifts in an effort to recognize this. Our staff carefully hand pack each gift bundle for a child recipient, and it is our hope that this gift will offer some small comfort and relief from the struggles that child is facing.
