About this service
COSTI's ESL Advanced level program teaches students already able to communicate in English at a conversational level to improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The ESL Advanced level program is delivered by certified instructors in partnership with the Toronto and York Catholic District School Board.
Who can use it?
Students must be 18 years of age or older and must speak English at an intermediate level.
