About this service
COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the global pandemic, and in order to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, this service will be provided virtually for the foreseeable future.
Our counsellors will work with you to develop a plan of treatment including referrals to other community services as needed.
We offer counselling, education, and advocacy to assist with:
- depression, anxiety or bipolar issues
- present or past trauma
- grief and loss
- life transitions
- parenting and family challenges
- relationship struggles
- personal development
- sexuality
- Deaf identity
- substance use
- domestic violence
