The Newmarket Optimist club is a community service organization dedicated to "Bringing out the best in children". Weve been working with kids in Newmarket since 1949. Optimist clubs are members of a world-wide service organization dedicated to serving the youth of their communities.
The purpose of the Newmarket Optimist Club is to develop Optimism as a philosophy of life and to aid and encourage the youth of our community.
We are a group of people that care about kids. Our members include people from every aspect of our community: business, civil service, social, educational, cultural, retirees and even young people. The club is open to all adults.
