About this service

MotherCare is a free weekly program helping promote healthy pregnancies in a friendly and supportive drop-in environment. Participants receive support and information on a wide-range of relevant issues such as breast-feeding, health, pre and postnatal nutrition, becoming a parent and community resources.

Nutritious foods, grocery gift cards and prenatal vitamins are provided to program participants.
