About this organization
The Centre fosters a feeling of welcome to anyone who pops in not just at our strategic planning meetings. Tea and daily conversations around the board room table encourage Blue Sky thinking and idea sharing from a very diverse group of people. Sometimes, this includes high powered business people, Elders, youth, volunteers or employees from other community organizations and even individuals currently staying at the Shelter House. Its like a pot luck feast. Everyone brings something unique and interesting to the meal, leaving the feasters to try something different in a warm, welcoming and safe environment.
