About this service

The project will target at-risk youth participating in the Youth Job Connection (YJC) and Youth Job Connection Summer (YJCS) Programs, which include 60 hours of pre-employment training and paid work placement funded by Employment Ontario. Participants are youth with barriers including lack of soft skills and an understanding of business environments, have experienced challenging life circumstances, including those who may have barriers due to refugee experience, mental health and post traumatic issues.
