About this service
PMCs Youth Community Connection Program helps newcomer youth adapt, integrate and overcome stress during their transition into a new country. We accomplish this by organizing group activities with mentors who are familiar with Canadian culture to the emotional and social needs of newcomer youth. Our mentors are trained to welcome youth and help them adapting easily into our country. Our services take place in a positive environment that empowers youth and most importantly makes them feel comfortable in their new surroundings.
