About this service
PMCS Youth Achieving Employment program, funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) Seed Grant, aims to develop an intervention for recent college or university graduates between the ages of 18 to 29 in the Region of Peel who are struggling to find employment.
This project will focus on the development of soft skills as opposed to other job search strategies. This is due to recently graduated youth having their technical skills from their post-secondary programs but lacking these necessary soft skills employers look for.
