About this service
PAARC is one of several agencies in a partnership that provides rent supplement and housing support to persons with severe mental illness and a substance abuse problem, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Our workers visit clients in their apartments, at least once a week, to provide support to help clients live independently, and to help clients reach their goals.
