About this service
Supports youth who have formerly stayed in adult shelters to provide support services that best serve their unique needs. The goal is to enable youth to move on from adult shelters as soon as possible into an environment more suitable for their needs. It also helps to keep youth in their own community close to family, friends and other supports.
