About this service
The CYOW provides support to hard-to-reach youth ages 12 to 21 and their families in Peel Region who may be experiencing concerns with their mental health and who are disconnected from mental health services. The CYOW collaborates with youth to offer individual counselling and case management support that is tailored to each youths individual goals, focusing on immediate needs and referring to long-term support services in the community. Through this form of support, the CYOW will work with youth to improve their mental health and well-being. Services are mobile and community based.
