After Stroke, a program of March of Dimes Canada, is MODC's new Canadian model of care to support stroke survivors and caregivers after a stroke. March of Dimes Canada has enhanced and expanded our stroke related services to more communities throughout Canada and has launched the After Stroke website at after stroke.marchofdimes.ca.
