About this service
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Indus Community Services will be implementing a Reduction of Services effective immediately. Reduction of services will include limiting the face to face/in-person access to services. We remain committed to supporting you and keeping you informed. Seniors aged 55 and older are engaged in various stimulating physical and mental activities that are beneficial for participants in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. Seniors who attend this program are also given leadership and volunteer opportunities.
Educational presentations are offered on health related topics such as healthy eating, the dangers of Heart, Stroke and Alzheimers diseases. Advice is shared in friendly and caring environment.
