About this service
At 180:Merge we also have a youth leadership team consisting of 12 youth between the ages of 14 and 19 from the Mississauga community. We meet bi-weekly with intentions of growing into stronger leaders within our community. We eat food together, talk about issues at 180:Merge and in the community, and learn about different principles of leadership each week. We want Merge to be a place where leaders have a chance to grow. We believe the leadership team provides youth with a great opportunity to do just that! Our teams start in September and stay together for the entire school year.
180:Merge is a safe space for youth ages 14-19 to come together, in a place to call their own. Located in Sheridan Centre Mall (2225 Erin Mills Parkway), the youth centre is open after school (Tuesday to Friday), giving opportunity to play video games, foosball, air hockey and ping pong, as well as hanging out with friends in the lounge. Snacks are available for purchase and free wifi for youth who register.
