About this service
180:Lift is our newest program in Mississauga, having kicked off in September 2016. It takes place in two middle schools in the Mississauga area. Leaders from Global 180 go into these schools during the students lunch period and have the opportunity to mentor them in a small group setting. A curriculum focused on developing their leadership skills is used to meet the students where they are at in regards to dealing with friendship, character, their future and more.
Through this group the goal of 180:Lift is to mentor students towards becoming stronger leaders in their community; helping them to better understand that they each have something unique that they can offer to make our world a better, more positive place. Often times they just need help understanding what those unique things are, and we are here to lift them up along the way!
