About this service
You are eligible for 6 counselling sessions free of charge if you have experienced a recent crisis and are unable to manage life. Counselling consists of specific goals for achieving stability and increasing overall sense of well-being You might be experiencing a crisis as a result of:
- Bereavement due to sudden loss or death
- Traumatic events (e.g. accidents)
- Suicidal idealization
- Symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
