About this service
Seniors are the fastest growing demographic group in Canada and represent invaluable community resources. By encouraging seniors to participate in our various programs, we give them the opportunity to meet new people, exercise, and relieve their stress! We also provide our clients with programs catered to learning new skills, such as navigating computers.
