About this service
Welcome to EMCHC Primary Health Care! We strive to provide comprehensive primary health care services through our team that includes Family Physicians, a Nurse Practitioner, a Registered Practical Nurse and Administrative/Reception staff. Through our interdisciplinary approach, our goal is to provide holistic care to those living within our catchment area (between Matheson Blvd to Lake Ontario, and between Hurontario and Etobicoke Creek in Mississauga) with a focus on those who may face barriers to accessing care. Our team strives to be inclusive and works within the framework of the social determinants of health with a focus on prevention and health education.
