The Conflict Resolution Service works in partnership with the City of Mississauga to assist individuals, groups, businesses, and any resident of Mississauga to resolve disputes, disagreements, or concerns through our free and confidential community mediation service.

It is a process of solving conflicts in a safe, accessible, and fair manner, with the help of neutral, unbiased mediators. Our mediators work to guide disagreeing parties through a process that leads to a mutually satisfactory solution that works for everyone involved. The process is simple, time efficient, and flexible to work with YOUR scheduling needs.
