About this service
The Coalition offers workshops to help organizations understand and comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. Workshops for both management and front line staff address the requirements for policy development and staff training required under the Act.
Participants learn about interacting with people with various types of disabilities. Instruction on assistive devices, service animals and support persons as well as how to assist individuals having difficulty accessing your organizations services is provided.
