About this service
PAC-P is a home-based, short-term intervention (4 to 6 months), which aims to decrease family conflict and improve family functioning, peer relations, and school performance. It is a family-focused intervention and sessions are goal-focused, strength-based, and occur once a week in the family home, community or youths natural environment. Interventions are jointly developed to promote and monitor the youths success at home, school and in the community.
