About this organization
The Bulgarian Canadian Society is a non-political, cultural, charitable organization, created in the early fifties, endeavoring to promote better ties and understanding between Canadian of Bulgarian descent and their respective native and adopted countries and people.
From March 7, 1957, to present date, the Bulgarian Canadian Society remains the authoritative representative of our people in Canada.
Conferences, meetings, social functions, Childrens Christmas Parties, picnics, cultural festivities, meeting with the assisting expatriate countrymen, awarding scholarship to students and presentation of plaques in recognition of community work, will remain the aim of the generous and humanitarian activities of the Bulgarian Canadian Society.
