About this service
The Urban Indigenous Healthy Kids Program provides education on healthy eating and increased physical activities for children, teens and their families. The Healthy Kids Program allows children to build relationships, increase confidence, reach personal goals and live healthy lifestyles. Overweight and obesity threaten the health and well-being of many children in Ontario. The program provides the necessary resources to help decrease these high rates and promotes activities that benefit children in a positive manner.
