About this service
Whether you are in a new relationship, or a long-term relationship, couples counselling can be beneficial. Hundreds of people come to Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County every year to talk about how to strengthen their relationships. Whether you are in a new relationship, or a long-term relationship, couples counselling can be beneficial in working towards e.g. conflict-resolution skills, developing connectedness and intimacy, or identifying next steps after an affair has occurred. Couples counselling can provide an opportunity for couples to navigate relationship challenges and life transitions that couples sometimes encounter. PLEASE NOTE: Babies and children who are not part of individual and couples therapy sessions are not permitted in the session room and the agency does not provide childminding services.
