About this organization
The Huronia Pregnancy Resource Centre (HPRC) is here to provide you with the emotional and practical support needed when faced with an unexpected pregnancy. Our staff and volunteers are committed to serving the women and men of our community, providing compassionate care during a difficult time.
We are a faith-based non-profit; volunteer agency; registered Canadian charity; and affiliated with the Pregnancy Care Canada.
You will meet with a trained client advocate who is deeply committed to meeting the needs of anyone impacted by an unexpected pregnancy, including friends and family. There can be very difficult issues surrounding an unexpected pregnancy: you dont feel ready to be a parent; not sure who you can talk to or what to say; questions about the physical changes you are experiencing. Our desire is to help you explore all the options so that you can make a well informed decision for yourself.
