About this service

COVID-19 UPDATE: Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have increased our virtual service offerings and will continue to provide options in this way. As we begin to re-establish community and office visits by September 28, 2020, safety for everyone remains at the top of our minds. We want to highlight that your experience in meeting with us now may look quite different than prior to the pandemic. Visits may be shorter in length, or staff may have limited times when they can meet you face to face.

York Support Services Network is a community-based agency that offers a range of case management and community crisis services, to support people with a developmental disability and/or a serious mental illness. YSSN also provides services within the Childrens Services Sector, offering Childrens Case Coordination.
