About this organization
The Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) is one of 14 LHINs established by the provincial government through the Local Health System Integration Act (LHSIA), 2006, to plan, fund and integrate health services at the local level.
In fulfilling our mandate to create a robust, integrated system of care and service delivery for almost 1.9 million people who reside in the Central LHIN, we collaborate with patients, caregivers and families along with hospitals, community health centres, long-term care homes, mental health and addiction service providers, other service providers and community support service organizations, primary care providers, public health units, and many others.
