About this service
The Victim Quick Response Program (VQRP) is administered by Victim Service providers in the province of Ontario and established by the Ministry of the Attorney General to provide timely assistance to victims of the most violent crimes. VQRP offers limited financial assistance to victims of violent crimes who require immediate assistance that cannot be obtained through other sources. Eligible victims may include homicide, serious assault, domestic violence, sexual assault, hate crimes, criminal harassment, human trafficking, attempted murder and child abuse.
