About this service
The Forensic Supportive Housing Program (FSH) provides individuals who are involved with the forensic mental health care system with a rent subsidy for reintegration into the community in safe and affordable locations. Individuals involved in the FSH Program receive additional support through a specialized community social worker to create personal goals and provide support as required during their community integration. Referrals are made through the Southwest Center for Forensic Mental Health Care.
