About this service
PHSS supports individuals with developmental disabilities and/or complex physical needs to live in their own homes, participate in community and enjoy life with family and friends. PHSS offers supports in homes throughout Ontario by highly qualified staff. Specialized programs are available for persons with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), complex medical, childrens services, behavioural supports and supports for persons on Long Term Mechanical Ventilation Program. 24 hour individualized supported are provided which include:

- Life Skills and Family Support
- Access to Health Professionals
- Transportation
- Communication
- Recreation & Leisure
- Education and Employment
- Community and Social Activities
