About this service
After Stroke is a program of March of Dimes Canada and a national service offering support, education and community programs for stroke survivors, their caregivers, and families. Our goal is to connect you with a network of support that can help you reclaim your independence, your sense of community and your ability to thrive after a stroke. After Stroke has a number of virtual (online) sessions, workshops and programs, so you can maintain your connection with the community from the comfort and safety of your home.
