About this service
Welcome to FEMAP or the First Episode Mood and Anxiety Program. This program is designed for older teens (16+) and young adults who have concerns with anxiety or their moods. If you believe you have a problem with your moods or you feel more anxious than usual, you can speak to someone at FEMAP and get a confidential assessment. You do not need a doctor's referral to make an appointment. Should you choose to get help from FEMAP, you may be provided with one or more proven methods to help get you back on track and feeling like yourself again. This may include therapy, medicine and other treatments. We provide a safe place for you to get help early, before the symptoms begin to disrupt your life.
